In this case our goal can be: 

1) To assist the buyer to correctly assess the risks and opportunities of the business he buys in such a way as to pay a fair price for the purchase of the new business

 2) In addition to the first objective, we support the buyer to obtain the necessary financing for the acquisition of the new business, what is called leveraged buyout.

Leveraged Buyout (LBO's)

This transaction functions as a lever that the buyer uses to purchase another company, using a significant amount of borrowed money needed to acquire the company. 

The detail that makes this transaction interesting is that the assets of the acquired company are often used as collateral for the loans, along with the assets of the acquiring company.
